That's why Path Homes is committed to building single-family homes, condos, and townhouses that are designed to thrive in a sustainable ecosystem. Our approach to real estate development focuses on creating a supportive environment for affordable housing, rather than trying to force it to survive in a market that's driven by luxury homes, corporate ownership, and high returns. We provide affordable housing options, which are 10%-25% below market rates. These options are available through our rental and new home program. Our goal is to build your community on the principles of sustainable housing, eco-friendly homes, and people before profit, where everyone has access to affordable housing and the opportunity to achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Our goal is to provide affordable, transitional housing that strengthens families, revitalizes neighborhoods, and prioritizes people over profit.
The challenge we face is clear: rising housing costs and uncertainty are forcing many families to leave their communities in search of affordable options. This not only disrupts family life but also erodes the fabric of our communities and businesses. Furthermore, the increasing trend of corporate ownership of single-family homes is pushing families out of the market. We believe that single-family homes should be for families, not corporations. When families are forced to rent or buy homes at unaffordable prices, they are left with limited financial resources to invest in their communities, support local businesses, and pursue their goals and aspirations.
Current affordable housing efforts rely heavily on government grants, subsidies, and tax breaks. However, we recognize that individuals and communities must take an active role in advocating for their own needs. As the saying goes, "no one will care about your life as much as you possibly can." This means that if you have a goal or aspiration, you must be willing to fight for it yourself.
So, why do we depend so heavily on the government to fight for affordable housing when so many of us desire it? It's because many of us are struggling to survive and lack the resources to advocate for ourselves. We're often too busy working multiple jobs, caring for family members, and trying to make ends meet to have the time, energy, and expertise to navigate the complex web of housing policies and programs. Government efforts are necessary, but they often fall short. One reason for this is that affordable housing is often at odds with the principles of capitalism. In a capitalist system, private entities are driven to maximize profits, which can lead to high prices and limited access to affordable housing. The demand for housing is high, and the supply is limited, which drives up prices and makes it difficult for families to afford homes. This is particularly true in areas with high demand and limited supply, where housing prices can skyrocket and push out long-time residents.
However, at P.A.T.H. Homes, we recognize there is a better way. We've chosen to accept lower profits in order to build more housing at lower prices. Our goal is to bring it to a manageable level where families can access the stability and equity they need, while still allowing real estate to remain a positive force for those who rely on it to provide for their families. To achieve this goal, we're taking a community-driven approach to housing development. We're working with local residents, community organizations, and businesses to identify the needs and priorities of each neighborhood and to develop housing solutions that meet those needs. We're also partnering with local government agencies, non-profits, residents and other groups to secure the funding and resources needed to build and maintain affordable housing. By working together, we can create a more equitable and sustainable housing market that benefits everyone, not just a privileged few.
